PSV Taxi License Procedure

Vocational License – PSV Taxi

Conditions:-

• 21 years old and above
• Only Malaysian and Permanent Resident are eligible to apply
• Class D License
• Holders of CDL License
• Original Identity Card (IC)

Procedures:-

1. Registration of PSV Taxi
   • Registration can be performed at any driving schools or driving institutions.
   • Certified Healthy: Health Evalution Form (JPJL8A) is required to be filled.
2. Medical Check-up
   • Medical Check-up can be done in any clinics or hospitals.
   • Completed with payment receipt.
3. Theory Course – 9 Hours
   • Date & Time depending on Driving Institute.
4. Written Examination JPJ
   • Date & Time depending on Driving Institute.
5. Practical Training – 5 Hours
   • Date & Time depending on Driving Institute.
6. Practical Examination JPJ
   • Date & Time depending on Driving Institute.
7. Obtaining PSV Taxi License

NOTE: Must be renew yearly with Medical Check-up Certificate and Health Evalution Form (JPJL8).
